How tuition works
Every family's week is different, so we explain what sets tuition. Our enrollment page has the figures.
Tuition depends on how many afternoons a week your child comes (two, three or five) and, for summer, how many weeks you book. The figures are on our enrollment page, and Lasha goes through them with you.
Afternoons a week: two, three or five
Summer weeks are booked separately
Registration
A registration fee opens your child's file: the forms, the pickup list and the staff time to enter them. It is due when you register, and it is separate from tuition.
Holding a place
A place is held once you register and pay for the first month. When a day is full, we keep a waitlist in the order families asked, and we call the next family before we send an email.
Offers go out by phone first
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly through our enrollment page, with autopay if you choose it. Summer weeks are billed by the week, before the week begins.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether assistance is open this month. If your family has an Ohio child care assistance approval, we explain what paperwork we need.
Siblings
A second child in the same family is handled differently on the bill. We explain how when you register. Brothers and sisters can share the same days or come on different ones.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' written notice before a child leaves or changes days, so another family can have the place. A summer week can be moved until two weeks before it begins.
Ask about openings
Call or text with the days you need and your child's grade, and we tell you what is open.
